中文摘要 | 燃煤火力發電廠輸/卸煤系統之轉送塔(Transfer Tower)內落料槽(Chute)、接料槽(Hopper)、及轉向板(Diverter Gate)等沖蝕嚴重的設備,使用壽命僅約1至數月即已磨穿破洞,非但將落料槽外殼損壞,致使必須時常停機換修,影響設備使用率及可靠性,並引發煤塵飛揚,污染廠區內外,進而造成環保抗爭問題,致使產生民情糾紛,困擾電廠的營運。 經由收集國內外多種品牌之樣品,針對現場實務性之需要,委請工業技術研究院工業材料研究所(ITRI)進行無數次之多樣化試驗,審慎評估後決定採用「氧化鋁(Al₂O₃)工業陶瓷」做為耐磨耗墊片,以大幅延長襯板之使用壽命,減低設備停用的時間,並防止因輸/卸煤而產生的污染,效果十分顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The components of the chute, hopper and diverter gate, in the transfer tower of the coal handling system, have been worm out by transferred coal particle erosion. It not only reduced the life of the components to numbers months, but also induced the air pollution problems. Different kinds of samples tests performed by ITRI show that the wear-resistance liners made by Al₂O₃ ceramic have the best wear-resistance property to extend the liners run-time life, reduce the repairing periods and prevent the air pollution issue. |
