中文摘要 | 本研究是利用離子吸附法,將銀顆粒被覆於鈦酸鋇粉末的表面,以1290℃在空氣 中,進行燒結 2 小時,製備出銀顆粒分佈於鈦酸鋇基地中的複合材料,並分析銀對鈦酸鋇的燒 結行為及微結構有何影響。 由實驗結果顯示,鈦酸鋇的密度,隨所添加銀含量的增加而增加,到達 0.5wt. %時, 有一 最大值 98.3 %,之後即隨銀含量的增加而減少。 且由燒結時的收縮曲線,發現添加少量的 銀,對鈦酸鋇在燒結過程中的緻密化有幫助的作用。 在微結構方面, 鈦酸鋇異常成長的晶粒大小,在銀的添加量為 0.3wt. %時有一最大值,約 40um 左右, 超過此添加量時, 銀顆粒第二相的析出, 將抑制鈦酸鋇的晶粒成長。在介電性質 方面, 銀的添加量於 0.1wt. %時, 將使鈦酸鋇的介電常數突然由 2275 左右降至 1850,其 降幅約為 20 %,隨後即不再有太大的變化。 由於銀離子與鋇離子的半徑相近,銀的添加將 佔據鋇離子的位置, 且在鈦酸鋇中的固溶限, 可由常溫下介電常數的量測,判斷為 0.1wt. %。 外此, 銀在鈦酸鋇中,將對其缺陷化學產生影響,使鈦離子的空缺濃度增加,以促進鈦 酸鋇於燒結中的擴散速率。 |
英文摘要 | Silver particles had been coated successfully onto barium titanate powder by an ion-adsorption method.In the present study, silver inclusions were doped into BaTiO �� matrix and the effects of microstructure on the sintering behaviour were investigated. The results revealed that the density of doped BaTiO �� is increased first with increasing silver content to reach a maximum of 98.3 % as the silver content is 0.5wt. %, then dropped with increasing silver content. According to the kinetics data, the densification rate is promoted while BaTiO �� is doped with a small amount of silver. The abnormal grain size of Ag-doped BaTiO �� has a maximum - 40 um as silver content is 0.3wt. %.While the doping level is more than 0.3wt. %, the grain growth in BaTiO �� would be inhibited by the presence of silver inclusions. The relative permittivity of BaTiO �� drops dramatically from-2280 to -1850,at a rate about 20 %, as silver content is 0.1wt. %.And then the permittivity does not change much with increasing silver content.Because of the similarity of the radii between Ag �� and Ba2+,Ag �� would occupy the Ba2+ site.The solubility of silver in BaTiO �� can also be estimated to be 0.1wt. % by the measurement of permittivity.Besides,the diffusion rate can be promoted by the increase of Ti ion vacancy. |
