中文摘要 | 本研究是對五種粉末特性不同的PZT鋯鈦酸鉛陶瓷做燒結及其晶粒成長之研究。五種陶瓷粉末包括一種氧化物混合法製備的粉末及四種 EDTA 溶膠法製備的粉末。本研究求出 晶粒成長活化能並探討陶瓷粉末特性及添加雜質的影響。由本研究顯示鐵,鎂,鋁等雜質偏離至晶界以至於阻止了晶粒的成長。鈮則增進了晶粒的成長。鈮的添加增強了雜質的固溶, 晶界上不再有阻止晶粒成長的雜質,因而晶粒得以長大。 |
英文摘要 | Sintering studies were performed on five PZT powders including one mixed oxide powder, and four EDTA gel-prepared powders. The activation energies of grain growth for these powders were determined. The influences of powder characteristics and impurities are compared and discussed. It was shown that the Fe dopant or acceptor-type impurities such as Mg and Al segregated into the grain boundaries and thus inhibited the grain growth. The use of Nb enhanced the grain growth. This is explained by the increase solubility of the minor acceptor impurities by Nb and the lack of phase segregation at the grain boundary phase thus enhanced the grain growth. |
