中文摘要 | 本研究以四重溪溫泉遊客為例,研究目的在:一、了解其遊客之基本資料及消費型態。二、探討其遊客參與動機重視度與實際體驗滿意度因子。三、探討其遊客基本資料與遊客參與動機重視度及實際體驗滿意度之關係。四、提出建議以供四重溪溫泉區業者參考。本研究共回收問卷360份。研究發現受訪者的年齡結構以年輕族群為主。受訪者呼朋引伴作短程旅遊。受訪者追求養生、健康及休閒之全方位享受。受訪者年齡愈高與家人、親友出遊比例愈高;而停留時間則與到溫泉區距離呈正比。透過t檢定及單因子變異數分析發現:不同遊客基本資料,會造成其遊客參與動機重視度及實際體驗滿意之差異。 |
英文摘要 | Using the spa tourists of Syh-Chung-Chi as a case study, the objectives of this study are to: (1) understand the demographic background and consumer style of the spa visitors, (2) explore the importance and the satisfaction of the spa visitors, (3) discuss the relationship between the demographic background, the importance and the satisfaction of the spa visitors, and (4) make suggestions to the spa managers of the Syh-Chung-Chi area. This study surveys 360 respondents. The research findings show that most respondents are young generation. They are short distance are and are looking for fitness, health and leisure purposes. The older they are, the more they travel with their friends and relatives. The longer distance they are from, the more days they stay in the Syh-Chung-Chi spa area. By t-test and One-way ANOVA, this study also finds that the spa tourists of different demograph background have different importance and the satisfaction regarding their spa visits. |
