中文摘要 | 陽極氧化鋁 (Anodic aluminum oxide, AAO) 係指具有彈性且控制生長圓型化與大面積之奈米技術,陽極氧化鋁在科學上係應用於奈米尺度奈米探管製作,更廣為應用於探索奈米尺度下微觀之物性 (光、力、電、磁),對奈米科技有直接之助益。本論文以陽極氧化鋁製作奈米表面結構,目前陽極氧化銘之應用範圍十分廣泛,包括表面形貌製作、奈米探管製作及生醫樣品檢測等,在陽極氧化銘表面加偏壓,成功的製作出奈米級凹洞。利用陽極氧化鋁製作奈米結構元件接著被實現,此法之優點是將陽極氧化鋁機制轉換成蝕刻電流,如此可保持在一定之偏壓下,在不同蝕刻液尚能穩定的控制試片之孔洞大小。於本論文有許多相關研究被完成,其條利用陽極氧化鋁之方法,在鋁之表面上製作出奈米結構。 |
英文摘要 | Fabrication Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) is ordered porous substrates with diameters of 30nm and 60nm. Recently, nanostructure have been raised attentive of used in carbon nano tubes (CNT), organic compounds or energy material. To make large area and pattern structure is our goal. The dissolution process of AAO at the backside of pore was "pattem transfer" process. Our work was to obtain a membrane that is on the one hand transfer pattern to a solid pattern so that it can be applied in constant-voltage etching technology with the future perspective to obtain high-orders nano structure based on electrochemical method. Porous alumina obtained by etching voltage and acid selected simply dissolve process and the procedure also leads to a widening of the pore. |
