中文摘要 | 本研究採用迴歸分析,取樣台灣地區四大行業365個經理人樣本,設計七個假設探討經理人之組織政治、組織變革知覺與知識分享之間的各種關係。經由分析結果得出下列三項主要結論:(1)組織政治知覺分別與信任、組織變革正向知覺與知識分享呈現負相關。(2)信任不僅與知識分享呈現正向相關。同時它也在組織政治知覺與知識分享之間,具有部份中介效果。(3)經理人對組織變革之正向知覺與知識分享呈現正相關;而且在組織政治知覺與知識分享之間具備完全中介效果。最後,並針對本研究在研究限制、學術界與管理上之應用提出看法與建議。 |
英文摘要 | By using multiple regression analyses from 365 managers distributed from four types of industries in Taiwan, seven hypotheses have been developed to explore the perceptual relationships of organizational politics to knowledge sharing. Three main findings of the study have been concluded: (1) Perceptions of organizational politics have negatively affected trust, perceptions of organizational change and knowledge sharing. (2) Trust did not only positively affect knowledge sharing. It also partially mediated effects between perceptions of organizational politics and knowledge sharing. (3) Perceptions of organizational change for managers positively affected knowledge sharing. It fully mediated the effects between perceptions of organizational politics and knowledge sharing. Implications of the results to the organization, manager and future research were also discussed. |
