中文摘要 | 未來的教學方法必須能融合學習與生活,讓每個學生學習有助於發揮想像力和創造力的經驗。後現代主義教育以學習者為中心,認為人與人之間的差異是不可避免的,教育應尊重各種文化團體的行為表現,屏除傳統教育方式,去適應學生個別差異,盡力協助個體發展其才能,使能獲得成功的經驗。教師必須從多層面、更多元的角度,去看教育問題、面對教育問題、進而解決教育問題。在教育過程中允許多元對話的情境,使學生從自己在學校教育中的經歷出發,進行自覺的批判和反省,得到有關民主、平等的構想,幫助學生使其成為一個民主社會中之具批判能力及負責任的一份子。透過班會學習民主討論與公共參與能力,並提供實際案例模擬練習;營造開放、珍視多元與差異、平等尊重、無性別歧視、民主的參與及學習之校園環境,建立一個關懷、充滿友善的校園。 |
英文摘要 | The Pedagogy and teaching techniques have to acquire experiences which foster imagination and creativity. Post-modern education is students-centered, the thoughts thereof deem individual difference as being inevitable. Schooling has to respect each cultural group and the diverse practice of each. The purpose is to adjust to individual difference. Individual student’s potential can thus be developed and everyone acquire experience of success. Teachers have to consider from multiple aspects and diverse viewpoints in order to solve education problems. Furthermore, allowance multi-way dialogue can lead students to develop reflective, critical thinking. The consequence is their acquisition of concepts of democracy and equality. The future citizens can be capable of critical thinking and be responsible members of the society. Through the participation in class meetings, students develop their ability in democracy and the public life. Schools offer opportunities for practical assimilation with authentic value, openness, multiple, diversification, equal access to and full respect, democracy and learning environment. Schools have abandoned gender discrimination. These new schools are full of caring and fraternity sites. |
