中文摘要 | 本文主要探討表面粗糙度測量時之經濟測量次數。在本文中將考慮工件在各種不同切削狀況下加工以後,進行表面粗糙度測量時,測量次數與表面粗糙度值之關係。經由實驗發現,測量次數愈多時,表面粗糙度值愈趨於一致。但考慮到測量經濟性,不能進行無限次數之測量;因此必須選擇測量次數最少而測量誤差可以接受之經濟測量次數。經由分析發現,經濟測量次數必須視加工狀況而定。粗切削與精切削加工時,經濟測量次數為4 到5 次;而中切削加工時,則必須測量10 到12 次,其測量誤差才會小於0.25 %。 |
英文摘要 | This article is pointed to the economic measure number for surface roughness measurement. In this paper, we will be considered the relationship between the measure number and surface roughness value for different cutting condition. According to the experimental results, the more the measure numbers, the stable the surface roughness values. For the economic consideration, infinite measure numbers are impossible. We found that the economic measure number is depended by cutting condition. The economic measure numbers were 4 to 5 times for roughness turning and finish turning. But for the fine turning, the economic measure number must be 10 to 12 times. |
