中文摘要 | 本文主要探討陶瓷車刀硬車削硬化模具鋼之可行性,由實驗結果發現,利用陶瓷車刀對硬化模具鋼進行硬車削所得到之表面粗糙度值,比輪磨加工小而與拋光加工相當,因此陶瓷車刀適合於硬車削。 在文中亦比較理論粗糙度值與實驗粗糙度值之差異,由實驗結果發現,進給速度愈大時,理論粗糙度值與實驗粗糙度值愈接近,尤其是刀鼻半徑愈小時愈明顯;進給速度愈小時,理論粗糙度值與實驗粗糙度值之差距愈大;這是因為愈微細之切削加工,工作環境(機器精度、機器剛性、周圍溫度等)對表面粗糙度之影響愈大所致。 |
英文摘要 | This article is pointed to the possibility of hard turning of the harden mold steel by ceramic cutting tools. According to the experimental results, the surface roughness value produced by harden turning was smaller than grinding, but was closer to polishing. So, we can said that the ceramic cutting tool is suited to hard turning. We also had compared the variation between theory values and experimental values of surface roughness. According to the experimental results, the theory values and experimental values of surface roughness was very close when the feed rate was large, especially for small nose radius. But the variation of theory values and experimental values of surface roughness was large when the feed rate was small. This is because the working environment (machine accuracy, machine rigidity, circumstance temperature, etc.)may be influenced the surface roughness very serious for micro- machining. |
