中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討及比較臺北、高雄兩院轄市基層保全人員有關「組織承諾」與「工作滿意」二個層面的態度差異與相關性。問卷調查部分,以郵寄方式,利用cross-section方法,針對臺北高雄兩院轄市基層保全人員,作比較分析之實證研究。本研究驗證「組織承諾」和「工作滿意」具有顯著相關性,同時建議警察機關應重視且體認其與私人保全公司是一種「夥伴」的關係,必須一起合作打擊犯罪與維護社會治安。 |
英文摘要 | This study is a comparative study that uses two concepts, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, to explore the relationships between the street-level bureaucrats of private policing companies in the Taipei and Kaohsiung Municipalities. Adopting a cross-sectional exploratory survey design, survey instruments includes mailed, self-administered questionnaires. Results indicate that there is a strong correlation between two variables of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and suggest that in order to properly deal with the crimes and maintain social orders effectively, police institutions must take private policing companies as their partnership. |
