中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討製造業員工之組織承諾狀況,分析其工作關意度與其他變項之係,以瞭解員工工作滿意度與個人背景變項之差異。根據調查結果,員工工作滿意度再面以外在滿足與一般滿因為最高,而以內在滿足為最低。因此公司若欲提高員工的工作滿足,可以考慮讓員工參與工作的決定,使其享有工作的自主性,獨立性,創造性、變化性、穩定性、運用能力的機會,試圖載員工從工作中獲得較高的滿足,感覺到工作有價值、有意義。另外,本調查亦發現,員工的工作滿足不但受組織內環境因素的影響外,也受個人特性的影響。因此欲提高員工的工作滿足,不但要考慮組織的環境因素與個人特性因素外,更需要考慮組織內硬體因素的影響(如工作設計、人事制度)。因此改進組織內的各種硬體因素,亦能提高工的工作滿足。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is to explore employees' organization commitment in manufacturing industry. The relationships between factors of employee's job satisfaction and other variables were studied. The investigation shows that the exterior satisfaction construct and the general satisfaction construct have higher level of performance, while the interior satisfaction construct has the lowest level of performance. Thus, a company needs to improve employees' job satisfaction by encouraging employees' participation of daily operation routines. Let them to enjoy the independence, creativity, variety, and stability of job performance. In this study , it also found that the employees' satisfaction was not only affected by the environmental factors within an organization, but also the personality straits of employees. Therefore, it must consider the hardware factors (such as work design, personnel system) within an organization for improving job satisfaction. |
