中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,在於瞭解變遷中的臺灣之中大型電子企業員工的工作期望與對期望的滿意度。透過問卷調查的方式而提出現況報告,作為管理者瞭解新時代員工的心聲與需求,而能有所檢討與改進,並能進一步教導員工滿足組織與個人需求並重,建立起與員工彼此間信任的溝通體系,不斷的化解阻礙且產生推動的力量,讓整個組織的運轉能維繫在一起,以提高管理者的管理績效。 本篇探討了三組員工工作期望的因素,一為個人因素的期望;二為對工作環境的期望;三為對組織制度的期望等項目,再由被調查的員工作優先頂序的排列並填選滿意程度。經調查分析結果顯示,變遷中的員工所關注的不只是個人因素的需求與期望,也普遍著重對工作環境及組織制度的因素。不過員工對工作期望整體性的滿意度卻相當偏低,更足可見變遷中的員工價值觀及對工作意義的體認都與傳統有極大的不同。希望透過本次調查研究結果的微觀,能發掘出新時代員工真正的心聲,以來協助管理者察覺及關懷員工的需求,逐步輔導員工實現願望,並善用管理技巧,來加強員工的向心力。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this report intend to explore the employees' job expectation and satisfaction in medium-large electronic enterprises in the changing environment in Taiwan. This report may help managers realize the contemporary employees' demand and improve their managerial skills. It is in an attempt to give good communication between the employers and the employees. Moreover, I hope it can enhance the employees' coherence to their company. The report includes three-set factors of the employees' job expectation. One is the personal factors, the other is the job environment and another is the organization system. The enployees would sequentially rank and fill or choose the above-mentioned factors according to their degrees of satisfaction. In the result of this survey, it shows that the employees not only care the requirement and expectation of personal factors, but also popularly emphasized the factors of the job environment and organization system; nevertheless the employees show little satisfaction in their job expectation as a whole. Consequently, we can get a conclusion that the employees work-valve and realization of work-meaning are different from those of old traditions. Through the microscope of this study, we can also get the employees' reaction which can assist the employers or managers to realize and care the needs and wants of their enployees. |
