中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討十週有氧運動訓練並結合相同飲食控制減重計畫介入,對中年肥胖婦女生理指標與血脂肪及健康體適能的影響。受試者為16名健康中年婦女為對象(平均年齡43.94±4.48歲、BMI25.12±1.18kg/m2、腰臀圍比值0.89±0.05)。全體受試者同時接受十週跑步機健走訓練(每週3次、每次50分鐘、運動強度為50-60%HRmax),和相同的飲食控制(平均每日攝取1289±37.97Kcal,營養成份蛋白質佔21.35%、脂肪佔19.31%、醣類佔59.34%)。並於實驗前及實驗後48小時分別接受體重、BMI、腰臀圍比、體脂肪百分比的測量及總膽固醇、三酸甘油脂、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇的抽血檢驗和一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、三分鐘登階等健康體適能的檢測。結果顯示:一、全體受試者在經過十週相同的實驗介入後,在體重、身體質量指數、腰臀圍比及體脂肪百分比等肥胖生理指標均呈現明顯下降(p<.05)。二、在總膽固醇、三酸甘油脂、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇等均呈現明顯改善(p<.05)。三、健康體適能方面,除三分鐘登階測驗呈現明顯進步(p<.05)之外,在一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐及坐姿體前彎上未達明顯差異。結論:本研究發現十週運動訓練與飲食控制的混合介入,雖對於體適能的僅產生部分改善效果,但已足以有效改善血脂肪濃度。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of 10-week aerobic training and dietary-control program on body mass index, blood lipid status, and physical fitness in middle-aged and over-weighted women. The subjects included sixteen healthy middle-aged women (average age: 43.94±4.48 years old; BMI 25.12±1.18kglm2; WHR 0.89±0.05). All subjects performed a 10-week treadmill training (50-60%HRmax) for 50 minutes per day, 3 times a week. Dietary control program was maintained with average dietary intake of 1289±37.97 Kcal per day (protein 21.35%, fat 19.31%, carbohydrate 59.34%). All measurement was done before and 48-h after the last bout of exercise. Body weight, BMI (body mass index), WHR (waist-to-hip ratio), percentage of body fat; cholesterol, triglyceride. HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol were measured. Physical fitness including an l-min sit-up and 3-min step test were performed. This 10-week combined intervention significantly improved blood lipid profile and physical fitness, including body weight, BMI, WHR, percentage of body fat, cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol, and 3- min step test. However, performance on 1-min sit-up was not changed by this intervention. We concludes that the combined treatment improved blood lipid profile with partial improvement in physical fitness. |
