中文摘要 | 在實際的鍛造工業中,有頗多鍛件形狀並非相當複雜,而是僅需一套終鍛鍛模經由一道次即可完成整個變形製程的單工程鍛件。由於其終鍛模穴已先確立,所以鍛胚形態(形狀、外貌、位置等)設計就成為影響最終鍛件形狀與品質的關鍵因素。本研究將以有限元素法來模擬、分析具有不同胚料高度/寬度比、胚料表面粗糙度及胚料安放位置三項胚料形態指標的鍛胚對鍛造負荷及鍛件廢邊形成等鍛造變形的影響,並將此獲得的資訊,經由誘導歸納機構來建立鍛胚形態與負荷及廢邊的關係模,以供鍛造製程預測及設計的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In forging industries, many forgings do not actually possessed with complicated shapes. They are just single-processed forgings, of which the entire deformation processes could be finished only through single pass with a set of forging die. Because the cavity shape of the finished forging dies have been determined before, the form design of forging perform is the key factor in affecting the shape and quality of the finished forgings. In this paper, the finite element method was used to analyze the influence of different perform form with different height/width ratio, roughness and putting position on the forging load and flash forming. Then, the abductory induction mechanism was used to construct the relationship model of perform form related to load and flash. The result and approach obtained from this study would be beneficial to forging industries by providing the reference of the prediction and design of forging processes. |
