英文摘要 | This study represents the identification of gasoline soot in suspect arson cases using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HSPME) combined with GC-FID. The products of combusted gasoline and the trace amount of gasoline in gasoline soot can be recovered by HSPME. The specific peak in chromatogram of gasoline soot was found to be useful to the discrimination of background interference. HSPME is shown to be a simple, rapid and sensitive method for the identification of gasoline soot in suspect arson cases. This method provides and alternative technique to the potential problems for the analysis of gasoline in arson debris. |
