中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討熱季時飼糧中添加碳酸氫鈉和氯化,對生長乳用女山羊生長性能和血液性狀之影響。本試馬用24女羊,平均體重27.62kg,餵飼4種不同的日糧處理組;第一組:基硬日糧;第二組;基硬日糧+2%碳酸氫鈉;第三組:基硬日糧+4%碳酸氫鈉;第四組:基礎日糧+1.75%氯化鈣。試驗期進行6週,分別在第3及第6週時採血,秤重和測定採食量。試驗結果顯示:在生長性能方面,增重以添加2%碳酸氫鈉組最高,且與添加基礎飼糧組差異顯著(p<0.05);而平均乾物質採食量方面亦以添加2%碳酸氫鈉組有較高之趨勢,而添加基礎飼糧組則較低,但統計上並無顯著差異。血液性狀方面,血漿中葡萄糖、總蛋白質及白蛋白濃度均以添加基礎飼糧組較低且與添加氯化鈣組差異顯著(p<0.05);添加氯化鈣組其血漿中氯離子濃度有較高之趨勢,且與其他三組差異顯著(p<0.05);而碳酸氫根離子濃度(HC□)和偏鹼值(BE)則有較低之現象,且與未添加氯化鈣之其他三組差異顯著(p<0.05);此顯示血液有偏酸之趨勢,添加4%碳酸氫鈉組其血漿中鉀離子有較高之趨勢,且與基礎飼糧組差異顯著(p<0.05)。對血鈣濃度之影響方面,餵飼氯化鈣?有較低之現象,且與添加4%碳酸氫鈉組異差異顯著(p<0.05)。綜合以上結果,夏季時飼糧中添加2%碳酸氫鈉對增重及飼料採食量有改善之效果,且添加碳酸氫鈉對血液性狀有偏鹼之趨勢;而餵飼氯化鈣則有偏酸之趨勢,且對血鈣離子有降低之現象。 |
英文摘要 | The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of supplying dietary sodium bicarbonate (NaHC□) and calcium chloride (CaC□) on growth performance and blood parameters of dairy goats in hot season. There were 24 dairy goats fed on diets with varying amount of NaHC□ and CaC□ for 6 weeks. The diets were: (1) basal diet; (2) basal diet plus 2% NaHC□; (3) basal diet plus 4% NaHC□ and (4) basal diet plus 1.75% CaC□, respectively. In growth performance, the body weight gain was increased with goats fed diets containing 2% NaHC□ and differed significantly with the goats fed basal diet; the dry matter intake(DMI) Did not differ among treatment groups. On blood parameters, plasma glucose, total protein and albumin concentration were lowest in basal diet and differ significantly with the goats fed diet containing 1.75% CaC□; plasma Cl concentration was significantly increased in goats fed diet containing 1.75% CAC□, but plasma HC□ and base excess (BE) were decreased significantly (p<0.05). The plasma K was increased in growing dairy goats fed diets supplied with 4% NaHC□, and plasma Ca was decreased in goats fed diets supplied with CaC□ (p<0.05). The data suggest that the diets with 2% NaHC□ improve the growth performance of growing dairy goats. While the dairy goats fed diets with NaHC□, the blood parameters become alkalotic; however, that dairy goats fed diets with CaC□ become acidotic and the plasma calcium concentration decrease3 by treatment in hot season. |
