中文摘要 | 本研究主要在於探討大仁技術學院推行加強學生健康體適能的教學效果,以五專部二年級學生為追蹤研究對象,經統計分析得到下列結果: 一、本校88學年度五專二年級男生(男、女),在身體質量指數(B.M.I.)的評量,皆屬[中等]體型。 二、本校88學年度五專二年級學生,在30秒和60仰臥起坐、1600公尺跑走之成績,顯著優於87學年度五專二年級男生(P<.01)。而坐姿體前彎、30秒和60仰臥起坐成績屬全國男生17歲組常模[好]的等級,1600公尺跑走則屬[普通]等級。 三、本校88學年度五專二年級女生,在坐姿體前彎、30秒和60仰臥起坐、800公尺跑走成績之皆顯著優於87學年度五專二年級女生(P<.01)。而坐姿體前彎屬全國女生17歲組常模[好]的等級,30秒和60仰臥起坐屬[普通]的等級,800公尺跑走屬[不好]的等級。 四、本校在推行提升學生健康體適能的教學方法應屬有效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of the project of Tajen Institute of Technology, which aims at promoting the physical fitness of students of our school. The subjects of this research are second-year students of five-year junior college. After being calculated and analyzed, the results are as follows: I. The second-year students (male and female) of the five-year junior college in the 1999 academic year fall into the category of "medium" size, in terms of the evaluation of Body material Index (B.M.I.). II. The second-year male students in the 1999 academic year perform significantly better than that in the 1998 academic year (P<.01) in the category of 30-second and 60-second sit-up and 1,600-meter running. In terms of bending forward in sitting position, 30-second sit-up and 60-second sit-up, their performance falls into the category of "good" in the national 17-year-old male norms, while their performance in 1,600-meter running is "ordinary." III. In terms of bending forward in sitting position, 30-second and 60-second situ-up, and 800-meter running, the performance of the second-year female students in the 1999 academic year is significantly better than that in the 1998 academic year (P<.01). In terms of bending forward in sitting position, their performance in falls into the category of "good" in the national 17-year-old female norms, their performance in 30-second and 60-second sit-up is "ordinary," while their performance in 800-meter running is "not good." IV. The conclusion is that the teaching method in promoting the physical fitness of students of our school should be effective. |
