中文摘要 | 本文主要探討二維半無窮域異向性熱傅與熱應力之平面應變與平面應力問題,由於本問題中熱與力為非耦合的狀況,故可先將溫度場分佈求出,再利用此溫度場作為求解應力場中的熱負荷,並藉由邊界條件來解析應力場全場解。在溫度場中,本文將採用線性座標轉換法,首先將二維異向性熱傳控制方程式轉換成相關之二維等向性熱傳問題,並利用此簡化之控制方程式解析在新座標系中之溫度場,再藉由線性座標逆轉換,便可獲得在原座標系之下的溫度場。而應力場則是採用位移場待定係數法,配合溫度場之熱負荷條件以及應力邊界條件,便可解析在此溫度負荷下的應力場全場分佈。文中將針對不同的材料係數,以數值計算來探討異向性材料對溫度以及應力場的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The temperature and thermal stresses for two-dimensional plane-strain and plane-stress problems are investigated in this study. An anisotropic semi-infinite plane subjected to prescribed temperature on the boundary will be discussed in detail. Owing to the uncoupled feature of temperature and stresses, the analytical solution of temperature distribution is derived first, and the thermal stresses are then examined according to the predetermined temperature solution and the boundary condition. A linear coordinate transformation method is applied in the heat conduction problem to reduce the anisotropic heat conduction equation to an equivalent isotropic one. The analytical solution for the temperature is obtained in an explicit form. The thermal stresses are derived based on the displacement coefficient determination method for prescribed thermal loadings and boundary conditions. The influences of material properties on the temperature and stresses fields are discussed in this study by numerical calculations. |
