中文摘要 | 本研究探討鋼骨耐火被覆材料熱傳導率的量測,並討論熱傳導率與溫度變化的 關係。本文以半無限長的熱傳問題為基礎,利用熱線法量測被覆材料熱傳導率,溫度範圍從 室溫至 1000 ℃。量測結果經由迴歸分析,與溫度成線性關係。在研究中亦獲得密度與熱傳 導率之關係:密度值較低者,有較大的孔隙率,在低溫時由於空氣的熱傳導率小,整體熱傳 導率較小;但隨溫度升高至高溫域時,孔隙內部熱輻射的影響效應變大,導致在高溫下熱傳 遞增加,熱傳導率增大,產生不利的影響。較低熱傳導率相對的密度值,因溫度逐漸升高而 逐漸轉為密度較大者。 |
英文摘要 | The study is to explore the measurement of thermal conductivity of the sprayed fire-resistive material (SFRM) and to discuss the relation between thermal conductivity and the variation of temperature. Based on the semi-infinite thermal conduction, this study applied the hot wire method to measuring the thermal conductivity of the SFRM at the temperature ranging from the ambient up to 1000 ℃. Results of measurement then were processed by regression analysis, which indicated a generally linear dependence on the temperature. Relation of density with conductivity was also investigated in this study. The thermal conductivity of material with lower density and larger porosity as a whole was comparatively low at lower temperature range due to small thermal conductivity of the air, however, as temperature rose, radiation effects inside the pores became more significant resulting in the increased thermal conduction, which is not good for thermal isolation. Furthermore, the value of density corresponding to the lower thermal conductivity gradually increases due to the rising temperature. |
