中文摘要 | 本研究先以策略定位與行動評估法(strategic position and action evaluation, SPACE)之觀念發展相關之模糊多準則決策架構,除可建立一套評估未來晶圓級封裝(wafer-level package, WLP)之策略發展方向體系之外,並可得知臺灣封裝產業朝向WLP發展之策略態勢。其次,本研究將經投資業專家在不確定的決策環境下評價後的意見,依適當的模糊數排序法來產生數量化的結果,進而求得當封裝產業面臨WLP衝擊時所可能採取的策略發展方向之可能性評估與在各決策準則下的個別評估。最後,本研究綜合投資業專家看法所計算與繪製出的研究結果顯示,臺灣封裝產業朝向WLP發展之策略態勢較符合「攻擊型策略」,同時,在其以穩健的財務結構為後盾的基礎下,未來循此策略態勢發展所獲致的競爭優勢,發展WLP的成長與獲利潛力將是可期,故而其策略發展方向的最佳選擇必然是以朝向「成長型策略」之方向來發展的可能性居高。此結果顯示臺灣封裝產業中之廠商應在其相關產業中充份掌握機會以尋求值得購併之廠商,並應對具競爭力之產品或技術(與發展WLP與相關之產品技術)之發展全力支持以充份發揮其競爭優勢,從而得以提高其市場佔有率並獲取有利之競爭地位。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, at first, the construction of the fuzzy multi-criteria decision framework is based on the strategic position and action evaluation(SPACE)framework. The concept and technology of “SPACE” is used to evaluate the strategic postures and the possibility of strategy development directions of wafer-level package(WLP)technology for Taiwan’s Packaging Industry from the viewpoints of vertical separation of Taiwan’s IC Industries. Secondly, we use appropriate ranking fuzzy number method to measure the competitiveness of Taiwan’s Packaging Industry for developing WLP in multi-expert decision-making situation. As far as the developments of WLP for Taiwan’s Packaging Industry are concerned, the research results showed the aggressive strategic postures and the expansion strategy development direction that Taiwan’s Packaging Industry should take. In order to upgrade constantly the industry-specific competitiveness of Taiwan’s Packaging Industry, the only way for them is that they have to enlarge capacity and develop new related technology of WLP. |
