中文摘要 | 本文針對橫向磁場式開關磁阻型線性電動機,在車體磁極最佳排列的設計基礎下,應用有限元素法分析其軌道之結構和磁極使用不同材料時,對系統電感和三維作用力的影響做完整的研究分析。比較和研判有限元素得到之電磁場分佈結果,證明電磁場可限制在H型導軌的範圍內,不但與車體承載區完全隔離,而且同時能產生足夠的作用力。因此也證實此種電機非常適合應用在工業自動化和地面運輸系統。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is intended to provide detailed investigations of the three-dimensional (3-D) electromagnetic and electromechanical characteristics of a transvers flux linear switched-reluctance machine (TFLSRM) by using the finite element method. Based on an optimal bogie pole arrangement design scheme, the system inductances and electromagnetic forces of the machine are thoroughly analyzed by selecting different materials for construetion of the machine. Comparison results obtained from 3-D finite element analysis (FEA) showed that the system magnetic flux can be completely isolated by the H-shaped track from both the machine loading region and the surrounding environment while adequate operational forces can still be generated. Consequently, the applicability and suitability of such a machine structure to industrial automation and ground transportation systems are verified. |
