英文摘要 | This is a feasibility study of quick die change system in forging to overcome the disadvantage situationos, sever environment and high work load, normally encountered in this business. QDC system takes less time and labor in changover hence improves the press's productivity. This system has been installed on a 1600-ton press and proven to save time (changeover time within 20 minutes). It improves safety as well, because changover is done by remote control instead of using fork truck. The effectiveness of QDC system is apparent, especially to the labor intensive forging business whose products usually are small batch and versatile. |
