中文摘要 | 首先將聚醚雙醇(PTMG 1000、2000),與4,4-二苯甲基二異氰酸酯(MDI),進行預聚合反應並使用1,4-butanediol(1,4-丁二醇)、4,4-bis(4-hydroxyhexoxy)-isopropylane(BPE),及4,4-bis(4-hydroxyhexoxy)-sulphone等三種不同化學結構的鏈延長劑,其中1.4-BD為不含聯苯的鏈延長劑,而其餘二種為含聯苯的鏈延長劑。將1.4-BD分別以100、50、30及0的比例和其它任一種含聯苯之鏈延長劑混合,如此可得18組不同的鏈延長劑。而後將預聚合體和混合後的鏈延長劑反應,可得18組不同的PU聚合體,並針對改質後之共聚合體予以一系列物性探討。經測試結果得知:由紅外線光譜分析証明已成功地合成TPU。TPU共聚合體固有黏度及耐化學性均明顯地提昇。在熱性質方面,由DSC測試結果顯示TPU為兩相結構並具良好的相分離,同時顯示出四個轉移溫度(Tgs,Tgh,Tgm及Tgh),但只有使用PTMG(2000)者才有Tms,然而Tgs並不隨所導入芳香族鏈延長劑的含量而有明顯變化,但與軟鏈節長度有關。在熱重分析(TGA)上,顯示有兩個衰解步驟,起始衰解溫度與硬鏈節含量及使用之硬鏈節結構有關,而第二衰解步驟則會隨硬鏈節含量之增加而增快。由機械性質顯示,TPU共聚合體之抗張強度與模數均較傳統PU聚合體者為高。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the polyurethane prepolymers was first synthesizedwith Poly(tetramethylene glycol, PTMG), PTMG 1000, 2000 and 44-diphenylmethylene diisocyanate,(MDI). Then, the prepolymer was extendedwith the mixture of 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD) and other two differentextenders, i.e., 4,4- bis (4-hydroxyhexoxy)-isopropylane (BPE)and 4,4-bis (4-hydroxyhexoxy)-sulphone. Among these extenders, the1,4-butanediol contains aliphatic structure, but the others containbiphenyl or benzyl structure. Therefore eighteen polyurethanepolymers were synthesized. The inherent viscosity and chemical resistance of TPU were found to increase with an increasing ofdianhydride content. From experimental DSC results, it shows thatTPU copolymers exhibit two phase structures and good phase separation and had four transition temperatures (Tgs, Tgh, Tgm and Tgh),but only those copolymers from PTMG2000 possessing Tms. The Tgs werefound to be not changed with different aromatic chain extenders,but with the length of soft segment. Thermogravimetric analysisshows that the copolymers have two degradation steps. The initialthermal degradation relates to the hard segment content and the hardsegment structure, but the second step is increased only with thehard segment content. From mechanical properties it shows that themodulus and the strength of TPU copolymer are higher than those oftraditional polyurethanes. |
