中文摘要 | 本研究是先以間苯二胺(m-phenylene diamide;MPA)及間苯二氯醯(Isophthaloy1 dichloride;IPC)合成全剛性之PmIA預聚合體,另以4,4′-醚基二本胺(4,4′-Diaminodipheny1 ether;DDO)及4,4′-磺醯基二苯胺(4,4′-Diaminodipheny1 sulfone;DDS)分別與對苯二氯醯(Terephthaloy1 Dichloride;TPC)反應成半剛性之聚(4,4′-二苯醚基對苯醯胺)(POA)及聚(4,4′-二苯磺醯基對苯醯胺)(PSA)預聚合體。接著將殺菌劑直接接在主鏈上,亦即在合成PU預聚合體時,加入四級銨鹽(N-Benzy1-N-dodecy1-N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl-ammonium chloride))合成出具有殺菌性的PU預聚合體,再加入之前所合成之三種二胺型聚醯胺(PmIA、POA、PSA)合成出具有殺菌性的聚氨基甲酸酯-醯胺共聚合體,並針對改質後之共聚合體予以一系列物性之探討。經測試結果得知:PU-amide共聚合體固有黏度有明顯的提昇。在熱性質方面,在DSC測試顯示PU-amide為兩相結構,並且顯示有四個轉位溫度(Tgs,Tgh,Tms和Tmh)。在抗菌活性方面顯示,具殺菌性之PU-amide共聚合體具有良好之殺菌性。 |
英文摘要 | In the study, the diamine-terminated wholly-rigid aromatic polyamide PmIA prepolymer was synthesized by excess of m-phenylene diamine(MPA) and Isophthaloy1 dichloride(IPC) in NMP solution. And, the diamine-terminated semi-rigid aromatic polyamide POA and PSA were also respectively synthesized by Terephthaloy1 Dichloride (TPC) and excess of 4,4′-Diaminodipheny1 ether or 4,4′-Diaminodipheny1 sulfone. Nevertheless, the NCO-terminated biocidal active PU prepolymer which was introducted the bactericide of quaternary ammonium salt to the PU prepolymer main chain. And then, the Polyurethane-amide copolymer with biocidal active were respectively formed with three different diamine-terminated polyamide prepolymer (PmIA、POA、PSA) wich were previously synthesized. These PU-amide copolymer's physical properties all will be discussed. The inherity viscosity of PU-amide obviously increased with the increasing of diamine concentration. From DSC experimental results showed that PU-amide copolymers had two phase structures and they had four transitions temperature (Tgs, Tgh, Tms and Tmh). From the antibacterial active experimental showed that these PU-amide copolymer with biocidal active had exhibited biocidal active. |
