中文摘要 | 本研究係先使用二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽( MDI )與分子量1000的聚醚雙醇(PTMG) 合成 PU 預聚合體,再將第四級銨鹽殺菌劑( N- 苯甲基 -N- 十二烷基 -N- 雙( 2- 羧基 乙基)氯化銨)以共價鍵結方式接於主鏈上形成殺菌性 PU 預聚合體,然後加入鏈延長劑( 1,4- 丁二醇)形成殺菌性 PU;另外為了提高耐熱及機械性質,所以於殺菌性 PU 預聚合體 中再導入苯均四羧基二酸酐( PMDA ),再加入鏈延長劑形成具殺菌性且耐熱及機械性質佳 的改質聚氨基甲酸酯共聚合體,並且測試比較其間各項的物化性及抗菌活性之評估,研究結 果如下:在機械性質與耐熱性質方面,殺菌 PU 與殺菌 PU-imide 其機械性質與耐熱性質較 純 PU 與 PU-imide 差;而導入 PMDA 後的 PU-imide 與殺菌 PU-imide 則較純 PU 與殺菌 PU 來得好, 至於抗菌效果方面,加入殺菌劑之後的殺菌 PU 與殺菌 PU-imide 則明顯地具 有長效殺菌的效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the polyurethane prepolymer were formed with PTMG 1000 and MDI, the quaternary ammonium salt of bactericide were reacted to form the antibacterial PU prepolymer. Then, we added the 1,4-butane(1,4-BD) into the antibacterial PU prepolymer and formed antibacterial PU. We added Pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) into the antibacterial PU prepolymer to improve the mechanical and thermal properties, then we added the 1, 4-butane and formed the antibacterial polyurethane-imide copolymer. The physical and chemical properties and antibacterial activity of the copolymer would be discussed. The results of the study were as follows: Both mechanical and thermal properties showed that strength, modules, and thermal stability of the bactericidal PU polymer and bactericidal PU-imide copolymer were lower than pure PU polymer and PU-imide copolymer. Antibacterial activity evaluation showed that these antibacterial PU polymer and PU-imide copolymer possessed long-lasting biocidal activities. |
