中文摘要 | 於本實驗中利用分子量(1000,2000)之聚醚雙醇(PTMG)與4,4'-二苯甲基二異氰酸 酯 (MIDI),先形成聚氨基甲酸酯 (PU) 預聚合體, 再與四種不同莫耳比之苯均四羧基二酸 酐(pyromellitic dianhydride)製備聚氨基甲酸酯- 醯亞胺 (Polyurethane-imide)(PU-imide) 共聚合體, 並對所合成共聚合體之分子量、熱性質與機 械性質探討。 經測試結果得知;PU-imide 共聚合體在固有黏度及重量平均分子量隨酸酐含 量增加而增加。熱性質方面,DSC 顯示 PU-imide 共聚合體之 Tgs 高於純 PU,但不隨所導 入芳香族二酸酐含量有明顯之改變,而使用 PTMG 分子量 2000 之聚合體有 Tms。在熱重分 析 (TGA) 上,起始衰解溫度與軟鏈節含量及所使用之硬鏈節結構有關。 機械性質方面,共 聚合體抗張強度與模數均較傳統 PU 聚合體佳。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the polyurethane prepolymers were formed by PTMG (100,2000) and MDI, and then synthesized with four different mole ratios pyromellitic dianhydride to form polyurethaneimide (PU-imide) copolymers. The thermal and mechanical properties of PU-imide obviously were discussed. The intrinsic viscosity and average molecular weight of PU-imide obviously increased with the increasing of dianhydride concentration. DSC experimental results showed that PU-imide copolymers' Tgs were higher then pure polyurethane. The Tgs were not obviously changed with aromatic dianhydride concentration and the Tms these were observed in the polymer formed with PTMG(2000). Thermogravimetric analysis showed that initial thermal degradation relates to hard segment concentration and hard segment structure. For the mechanical properties, these PU-imide copolymers' modulus were higher than traditional polyurethane. |
