中文摘要 | 本研究乃採用4,4'一二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽(MDI)和三種不同的芳香族二 酸酐(BTDA、PMDA-DSDA)合成三種不同的聚醯亞胺,並利用MDI及三種芳香族 二酸酐與二酸型的聚(間一次苯基間苯醯胺)(PmIA),以四種不同的莫耳比例合成 出十二種聚醯胺一醯亞胺共聚合體。在所合成的聚合體中,其固有粘度在 0.72~1.31dL/g之間。共聚合體除了B-1,P-1,P-2,D-1及D-2外,皆可在室溫下溶於 DMAc+5LiCl或高溫下溶於DMF或�p啶,其溶解性似與其結晶性有關,共聚合體 具結晶性者較為難溶。所有共聚合體之玻璃轉位溫度在223-353℃之間,在氮氣 中之10重量損失溫度在441~585℃,而在空氣中則介於438~574℃。共聚合體薄膜 之抗張強力、斷裂伸長率及初始模數分別在63~118MPa、4~9及1.67~2.53GPa之間。 經X-ray測試結果,發現在共聚合體中,B-1、P-1、P-2、D-1及D-2具有結晶,而 其餘的聚合體則皆為非結晶性聚合體。此外,本研究選用三種共聚合體,利用溼 式紡絲法紡製成纖維,其強力在1.33-2.41g/d,證明此共聚合體具有可紡性。 |
英文摘要 | In the study, thermostable Nomex copoly (amide-imide)s with inherent viscosity of 0.72-1.31 dL/g were synthesized from reactions ofdiacid-terminated Nomex pr(ipolymers with various diisocyanate terminated polyimide prepolymers. The polyimide prepolymer was prepared by reacting MDI with BTDA, PMDA or DSDA, using directly one-pot method in order to improve their solubility. The copolymers, except B-1, P-1, P-2, D-1 and D-2, could be dissolved inDMAc+5 LiCI at room temperature or DMSO at high temperature, but were not soluble in DMF or pyridine. The solubility is considered to be related to their crystallinity. Those copoly-mers with crystalline structure displayed poor solubility. All the Nomex copoly(amide-imide)shad a glass transition temperature in the range of 223-352℃ and showed a 10 weight losstemperature of438-574℃ in air and 441-585℃ in nitrogen atmosphere. The tensile strength,elongation at break and initial modulus of polymer films are ranged from 63-118 MPa, 4-9and 1.67-2.53 GPa, respectively. From the X-ray diffraction studies, copolymers of B-1, P-1, P-2, D-1 and D-2 with high content of PmlA showed a crystalline structure, but the others only displayed an amorphous morphology. In this study, three kinds of copolymer fibers were spun by wet spinning process. These fibers had tensile strength in range of 1.33~2.41g/d, and are proved to be spinnable. |
