| 中文摘要 | 本論文乃是將兩種不同的芳香族二酸酐和4,4'一二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽 (MDI),以及二胺型聚(間一次苯基間苯醯胺)(PmlA)預聚合體,利用四種不同之莫 耳比合成出八種PmlA-imide共聚合體。此外並利用MDI分別和四種不同的芳香族 二酸酐,合成出四種不同之聚醯亞胺,共計探討十二種含醯亞胺基團之聚合物。 在所合成之聚合體中,其固有粘度在0.50~1.50dL/g之間,並可製成透明具撓曲性 的薄膜。其斷裂強度,伸長率,起始模數各在61-108MPa,5-10,154-2.50GPa之 間。玻璃轉位點則介於223~352℃之間,在空氣中之10熱重損失溫度在415~575℃, 在氮氣中則介於424~583℃。經X-ray測試結果,所有的聚合體均為部份結晶。 PmIA-imide共聚合體其溶解性明顯較聚醯亞胺優越。另外,選擇兩種共聚合體, 利用濕式紡絲法,紡製成纖維,其強力在1.4g/d左右,證明此共聚合體具有可紡 性。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the paper, four different molar ratios of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI),diamine-terminated poly(m-phenylene isophthalarnide)(PmIA) prepolymer and two kinds o aromatic dianhydrides were used to synthesize eight PmIA-imide copolymers. Besides, fourpolyimides were also synthesized from MDI with four kinds of dianhydrides. There fore ,twelve imide containing polymers were investigated totally. From the experimental results, these polymers had an inherent viscosities of 0.5-1.5dL/g, and could be cast intotransparent and flexible films. The tensile strength, elongation at break and initial modulus of polymer films were ranged from 61-108MPa, 5-10 and 1.54-2.50GPa, respectively. From the thermal analysis the glass transition temperatures of these polymers were in the range of 223-352℃. The 10 weight loss temperatures exhibited a range of 415-575℃ in the air and 424-583℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere. The X-ray diffraction studies showedthat all the polymers had partial crystallinity. The solubility of PmIA-imide copolymers inorganic solvent were better than that of polyimides. In this paper, two kinds of the copolymers were wet-spun into fibers. These fibers had tensile strength around 1.4g/d, and therefore these copolymers were spinnable. |
