中文摘要 | 本研究主要針對平面與電子媒體成員的組織承諾進行調查。組織承諾在本研究中係指組織成員的認同、留職、和努力承諾。本研究發現:在工作滿意度未被控制之下,年齡、媒體屬性、部門是影響組織承諾的重要幾頂。在工作滿意度加入模式後顯示:工作滿意度是影響認同和努力承諾的重要變項;而年齡、相關經歷、媒體屬性、家人支持和工作滿意度同樣是影響留職承諾的變項。物質回饋、教育程度、性別、婚姻狀況幾乎未對組織承諾產生影響。本研究結論:工作滿意度是影響傳播媒體成員的組織承諾的要素。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines the organizational commitment of electronicand print media employees. Organizational commitment is conceptualized in terms of the employee's feelings of identification with, obligation to stay-with, and willingness of involvement in the organizations. It is found that when job satisfication is not considered, age, type of media, department are important factors in fluencing the employee's organizational commitment. However, while adding job satisfaction into the model, we found that job satisfaction influences the employee's willingness of identification with and involvement with the organization. Age, related experiences, media type, family's support are variables having impacts on the employee's obligation to stay with the organization. It is also found that material rewards, education, sex, and married status are not important variables. This study concludes that job satisfaction has an important impact on the organizational commitment of mass media employees. |
