中文摘要 | 面凸輪節曲線函數之二次導函數為正與負時分別由導槽內側與外側來驅動滾 子從動件,在內外槽交替驅動之瞬間,由於間隙產生接觸面之衝擊。此衝擊將因接解面磨損 引起之間隙量的增加而加劇。本文考慮各迴轉對偶有摩擦力,兩迴轉對偶及滾子 -- 凸輪導 槽有間隙,分為接觸、分離與衝擊三種狀態做凸輪驅動式沖床機構之動力解析,得知在衝擊 位置之各對偶作用力、搖動力與搖動力矩呈峰值狀態。其次在不同桿上加阻尼器、彈簧 (螺 旋彈簧 ) 與配重 (方法一 ),利用阻尼 (方法二 ), 利用彈簧使滾子維持緊貼凸輪導槽內 側,以消除分離與衝擊。用此兩種方法作間隙平衡,比較其結果得知皆能降低衝擊引起之峰 值作用力,而方法二較方法一剪斷能力小且輸入扭矩高,因此以方法一為佳。 |
英文摘要 | When the second derivative of the pitch curve of a face cam is positive (or negative), the roller follower is driven by the interior (or exterior) profile of the groove. At the moment when the interior and exterior profiles exchange driving, the presense of the clearance produces impact on the surfaces of contact. The wear on the surfaces of contact causes larger clearance and accompanies greater impact. Considering the friction on each revolute pair, dynamic analysis of the cam-driven optimum press with clearances in two revolute pairs and the rollergroove pair during contact, contact loss and impact between the pair elements is performed. The results show that the peak values of shaking force and shaking moment exist at the impact positions. Damper, helical springs and counterweights are imposed on the medchanism (1 st method); and among these components, the damper is used to reduce the peak values of contact force at the positions of impact. Similarly, helical spring, torsion spring and counterweights are imposed on the mechanism (2nd method); and the springs ensure the roller to keep in contact with interior profile of the face cam to eliminate contact loss and impact. Both methods are applied to clearance balancing. Comparing their results, we find both can reduce the peak values of contact force prodjced by impact; however, the 2nd method results in lower cutting ability and higher input torque than the 1st. Therefore, the 1st method is a better choice. |
