中文摘要 | 本實驗使用的幾丁聚醣經由毛細管黏度法求出其平均分子量為2.13 × 10�間A另 外利用滴定法求出其去乙醯度為 84.9 %。 我們再利用 40 %( w/v )氫氧化鈉鹼性溶液 對幾丁聚醣做進一步去乙醯化處理,觀察是否能將去乙醯程度提高至 100 %。 同時探討去 乙醯化時間對去乙醯程度及分子量大小的影響。實驗數據顯示幾丁聚醣去乙醯化時間越長, 去乙醯程度越高,並能達到 100 %的去乙醯度; 但去乙醯化時間越長,也造成幾丁聚醣分 子量的下降。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a capillary viscometer and a titration method were used to determine the molecular weight and the degree of deacetylation of chitosan, respectively. And it was found that the starting chitosan has a molecular weight of 21.30 × 10 �� and 84.9% of degree of deacetylation. A concentrated sodium hydroxide solution was used to further increase the degree of deacetylation of chitosan. The experiment results showed that the degree of deacetylation was increased linearly with the reaction time and could go to 100% after 50 min. Yet, the treatment with alkaline solution also degraded the chitosan chains and thus decreased the molecular weight. |
