中文摘要 | 本文目的在建立一套造船建造工時成本預估的最佳模式,以作為中船公司估報價作業之用。首先假設載重噸、當量總噸、殼重、主機馬力、發電機容量、鍋爐蒸發量、人員數目、自動化、技術進步、貨櫃數目等變數為影響建造工時之重要因素。經由迴歸分析結果顯示,當量總噸、殼重、主機馬力、及技術進步等變數,對建造工時有顯著影響,且因船型不同而有不同之影響程度。本文開發完成散裝貨輪、油輪、貨櫃輪、多用途貨輪及緝私濫等五種船型之模型,並以實例演算後發現,各型船舶預估工時模式預估值之精確度均非常高,再將工時預估值乘單工資,則可用為估算新船業務工程估報價作業直接人工成本之建造工時,使新船預估工時作業更為精確及迅速。 |
英文摘要 | Forecasting has been recognized as playing a major role in developing the assumptions or premises on which their plans are based. The main emphasis of this study is to review the theory of forecasting and derive mathematical models of man-hour estimation for building new ship. Econometrics will be used to analyze data and to formulate models relating to hull and outfitting factors. Variables like dead weight、compensated gross tonnage 、hull steel weight、outfitting weight、main engine horsepower、generator capacity、boiler evaporation、complement、automation、technical progress、number of containers、area of special coating、and displacement will be hypothesized as factors that can be used to explain the variations of man-hour for building new ships. Identification of important factors affecting man-hour and formulation of models, which can be used to estimate man-hour for building new ships, will be useful in decision making during quotation stage. The ultimate aim is to be able to estimate the construction cost for building of watercrafts, including warships. |
