英文摘要 | Aiming at the major shortcoming of the traditional forecasting method can not dealing with subjective information, learning by itself and has structured by using constraints, there fore, the study may use fuzzy liner regression and fuzzy neural inference method to resolve the above problems. The goal is to structurea fuzzy human resources demand and supply for ecasting model, which has the feature of selection flexibility and ability of basis correction. By using objectiveand subject information, esp ecially inthe changeable competitive environment, we can add the model's responsibility and reduce both the costs and time spend on model renewal and correction. |
