英文摘要 | In this study, VA mycorrhizal fungi were inoculated to oriental lily ("Casa Blanca") scales which were embedded in vermiculite, and evaluated its interaction with selected fungicides and pesticides. Lily scales were stored at programmed temperature (25-17-5℃) to induce bulblet production. As bulblets and new roots formed, mycorrhizae were established and this innovation is helpful increasing bulblet perimeter especially under the treatment of biocide and none-fertilizer. Fertilizer if incorporated in medium may diminish the effect of VA my-corrhizal inoculation on the growth of lily bulblets. Details of VA mycorrhizal colonization and the changes of cellular contents within roots of bublets were discussed also. |
