中文摘要 | 本試驗首先篩選適合矮牽牛幼苗生育及菌根形成之栽培介質。於二次介質篩選試 驗所供試之四種介質(1)河砂(2)河砂混合 BVB 〔 1:1 〕(3)蛭石混合泥炭土、河 砂與真珠石〔 3:3:2:1 〕(4)泥炭土混合蛭石與真珠石〔 2:2:1 〕)中,幼苗生長於 3 號介質生育狀況最好且菌根形成率亦佳,故以此介質進行後續試驗;幼苗於此介質中接種菌 根菌經 35 天,其株高、植株鮮重、根長與未接菌者並無顯著差異。幼苗移植盆缽後,施以 不同微生物肥料處理,探討對矮牽牛生育與開花之影響。第一次微生物肥料試驗於 1995 年 12 月 26 日進行定植,結果顯示單獨接種菌根菌( AMF )或枯草桿菌( BS ),其植株之 營養生長與對照組差異不顯著。 單獨接種溶磷菌( PSB ),或菌根菌加溶磷菌( AMF+PSB )、溶磷菌加枯草桿菌( PSB+BS )、菌根菌加溶磷菌與枯草桿菌( AMF+PSB+BS ),均能 顯著促進植株鮮重或分枝數、葉片數等, 進而促使矮牽牛提早開花 20-30 天,且促進花朵 數之增加,提昇觀賞品質。 第二次微生物肥料試驗於 1996 年 2 月 16 日進行,結果顯示 各種微生物肥料均能促進矮牽牛成株之株高或植株鮮重、葉片數、根長等;且植株之營養生 長優於第一次者,可能第二次試驗生育期間氣溫較第一次者高之故。此外,除了 BS 處理, 其餘微生物肥料處理均可促使提早開花 10-18 天; 且 AMF 處理、PSB 處理、PSB+BS 處理 及 AMF+PSB+BS 處理均能顯著增加花朵數,提昇矮牽牛之觀賞品質。 |
英文摘要 | Culture media suitable for the growth of petunia seedling and formation of mycorrhizae were screened to select a best combination. In four kinds of media (1) sand (2) sand: BVB (at a ratio of 1:1 by volume) (3) vermiculite: peatmoss: sand: perlite (3:3:2:1) and (4) peatmoss: vermilite: perlite (2:2:1), the mixture of No.3 could meet the said requirements in twice medium screening experiments. After the seedlings had been inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) for 35 days, the plant height, fresh weight, root length were not significantly different from those of the control cultured in the same medium without AMF. Different microbiofertilizers were applied onto the transplanted seedlings pots and their effects on the growth and flowering of petunia were studied in twice experiments. The result of the 1 �f experiment (Dec. 26, 1995) indicated that the vegetative growth of plants with single inoculation of AMF or Bacillus subtillis(BS) was not significantly different from the controls. The fresh weight, branch number or leaf number of the plants were all promoted by inoculation with phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) Pseudomonas sp. AMF+PSB, BS+PSB, or AMF+PSB+BS, and the dates of first flowering were 20-30 days advanced respectively. The flower numbers were increased, too. The 2nd experiment (Feb. 16, 1996) showed that all of the microbiofertilizers could improve the plant height, fresh weight, leaf number or root length. The vegetative growth of the plants in the 2nd experiment was better than that in the 1 �f, probably due to the higher temperature during the growth period in the 2nd experiment. Besides the BS treatment, the first flowering date of all the other microbiofertilizer treatments could be advanced 10-16 days respectively. The flower numbers were significantly promoted by the applications of AMF, PSB, PSB+BS and AMF+PSB+BS as well. |
