中文摘要 | 本試驗篩選適合一串紅幼苗生育及菌根形成之栽培介質,結果顯示BVB( 4號 ) 混合蛭石與砂(體積 2:1:2 ),可兼顧上述需求。 以此介質進行不同微生物肥料對一串紅 生育及開花影響之試驗。一串紅幼苗接種內生菌根菌三十天後,其生長與對照組者並無顯著 差異。一串紅單獨接種內生菌根菌、溶磷菌或枯草桿菌,均能促進成株之營養生長;而接種 枯草桿菌更有顯著促進花序長及花節數之效益。 比較秋、冬季二次微生物肥料試驗,在較高溫環境下,所有處理組均有促進提早開花之效益 ,而內生菌根菌可使開花提早 17 天。一串紅接種內生菌根菌,再於盆缽中配合施用溶磷菌 、枯草桿菌,則菌根形成率因該等微生物之配合施用而降低,進而減損接種內生菌根菌對一 串紅生長之效益。溶磷菌與內生菌根菌混合施用時,其效益與單獨施用時相同。溶磷菌與枯 草桿菌混合施用,則具有促進株高、花序長及花節數之效益。 |
英文摘要 | Culture media suitable for the growth of scarlet sage seedling and mycorrhizal formation were screened to select a best combination. The mixture of BVB#4, vermiculite and sand at 2:1:2 by volume could meet the said requirements. The effect of different microbiofertilizers on the growth and flowering of scarlet sage was studied. After the seedlings had been inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) for 30 days, the growth was not significantly different from that of the control. Vegetative growth of matured scarlet sage plant was improved by inoculation with AMF or phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) or Bacillus subtilis at seedling stage. The results in Bacillus treatment showed significantly to promot the length and nodes number of inflorescence. In a comparison of the two microbiofertilizer treatments in autumn and winter, the result indicated that the date of flowering was advanced for those treated in the warmer season. AMF was most beneficial in advancing the date of flowering, 17 days earlier was recorded. The effect of applying phosphate solubilizing bacteria or Bacillus along or both of them after scarlet sage inoculated with AMF was investigated. The scarlet sage growth was descending along with the decreasing rate of the colonization rate of AMF. Phosphate solubilizing bacteria applied to seedling that had AMF colonized, displayed similar beneficial effects on the growth of scarlet sage as without AMF treatment. The plant height, the length and nodes number of inflorescence were promoted by applying both phosphate solubilizing bacteria and Bacillus to the medium. |
