英文摘要 | In this report, the inoculation effect of four different arbuscular Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) was recorded for two consecutive crop seasons, and was evaluated in terms of growth and the change of phosphorus content in oriental lily bulbs. At the first crop, all of the bulbs were cultivated in a mixed medium of vermiculite and pearlite, and the bulb growth in the four treatments of AMF was worse than control. However, the phosphorus content of bulbs in the treatment of A. scrobiculata was significantly higher than any other treatments. At the second growth season, the bulbs harvested from the first crop were cultivated in the same medium, and the treatments of A. scrobiculata and G. pansihalos came out significantly better than control based on the parameters of bulb perimeter, plant heights and so on. This study supports that the inoculation of A. scrobiculata is attributed to the nutrient accumulation, such as phosphorus in lily bulbs at 1st crop. Besides, the species originally isolated from alkaline soil, such as A. scrobiculata and G. pansihalos proved their effectiveness in the growth promotion of lily bulbs at 2nd crop under the alkaline growth medium. |
