中文摘要 | 本研究在探討木瓜接種菌根菌以及不同施肥量,對種苗生長、植株生育與果實品 質產量之影響。 木瓜苗育於穴盤內,於播種時將菌根菌 Glomus spp. 接種於介質中,以培 育菌根化木瓜苗。 結果顯示發芽 30 天之接菌組穴盤苗,無論株高( 8.8cm )、莖徑 ( 1.97mm )、葉面積( 9.24cm �� / 株)與植株鮮重( 0.65g/ 株),均顯著優於未接菌者 之株高( 5.8cm )、 莖徑( 1.70mm )、 葉面積( 6.91cm �� / 株)與植株鮮重( 0.35g/ 株)。 木瓜苗移植田間後,接種菌根菌與未接菌組又分別施以三種追肥處理,全量 追肥相當於一般推薦施肥量,半量追肥相當於一般推薦施肥量之一半,與不施追肥處理。結 果顯示二次田間試驗,植株定植田間後 3 個月, 於施同量追肥處理時,接菌組之株高與莖 徑均優於未接菌組;當植株進入開花結果期後,各處理間其營養生長差異不顯著。單株果實 產量於施同量追肥試區,亦以接菌者顯著高於未接菌者。比較三種肥料處理間之果實產量表 現,第一次田間試驗以不施追肥組及施全量追肥組產量較高;第二次田間試驗則依序以施全 量追肥組優於半量追肥組及不施追肥組。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation and different level top dressing supplements on plant growth, fruit yield and quality of papaya plants (Carica papaya L.) Seedlings were raised in plug trays. During seed sowing, Glomus spp. were incoculated into plug medium for AMF infection and colonization of the root. 30 days after seed germination, the plant height (8.8 cm), stem diameter (1.97 mm), leaf area (9.24 cm �� /plant) and fresh weight (0.65g/plant) of inoculated plug seedlings were significantly better than those of the controls with average plant height 5.8 cm, stem diameter 1.70 mm, leaf area 6.91 cm �� and fresh weight 0.35 g per plant. After seedlings were transplanted to the field, 3 levels of top dressing, full, 1/2 and zero amounts of the recommended were applied to inoculated and non-inoculated plants, respectively. In field experiments at same level top dressing, the plant height and stem diameter of inoculated plants were improved after 3 months transplanting. While the vegetative growth were not significantly different among treatments after flowering and fruiting stage. At same level of top dressing, the fruit yield per plant of inoculated groups were better than those of non-inoculated ones. In the lst field experiment, the fruit yield of zero and full amount of top dressing was better than those of half amount treatment. In the 2nd experiment, however, full amount of top dressing treatment was best, followed by half amount and no top dressing treatment. |
