中文摘要 | 中華電信公司所提供的受付國值機員國際直通電話(International Operator Direct Connection,IODC )服務,幫助國人直接透過值機員打受話方付費之國際電話,國 人在海外只須利用 IODC 話機上的受話國按鍵,或於一般話機提供一個特定簡碼即可使用此 項服務,但這種操作的簡便卻造成比率相當高的惡作劇呼叫話務。根據統計,於某些國家惡 作劇呼叫話務之比率甚至高達總話務量之 90%。 惡作劇電話過濾系統( Prank Call Rejection System, PCRS )是應用電腦電話整合技術 和語音辨認技術所發展的系統, 以過濾 IODC 話務中的惡作劇呼叫。 PCRS 系統接受 IODC 來話,要求發話用戶說出關鍵語,進行關鍵語辨識。待關鍵語確認後,再將來話轉接值機員 ,由值機員提供後續服務。 PCRS 系統包括呼叫處理子系統和語音辨識子系統,兩者採主從架構。 軟體則包括三個模組 ,分別為呼叫處理模組、操作管理維運模組和語音辨認模組。關於 PCRS 系統架構、軟體功 能及系統需求與環境,本文將一一說明,並提供測試期間之統計資料以供參考。 |
英文摘要 | International Operator Direct Connection (IODC), a service provided by Chunghwa Telecom, Co. LTD allows a user to make international collect calls with the help of operators of his home country. Making IODC calls is very simple only by a button-pushing on special public telephones or by an access code through any kind of telephone. Yet the ease of operation results in Prank calls unintentionally or even intentionally. According to the statistical reports, the percentage of Prank Calls can almost reach to 90% from some countries. Integrating the technologies of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Speech Recognition, Prank Call Rejection System (PCRS) is developed to screen prank calls of the IODC traffic. Instead of being directed to the operators, IODC calls are routed to PCRS. PCRS then accepts the IODC calls, prompts users to say "keywords", performs the keyword recognition and finally connects the IODC calls to operators only if the keywords provided by users are valid. PCRS consists of one Call Processing Unit and several Speech Recognition units configured as client-server structure. Three software modules are implemented and they are the Call Processing module, the Operation Administration and Maintenance module, and the Speech Recognition module. More information about the system architecture and the software functions can be found in their paper. Besides, this paper shall depict the system requirements and environment. The testing statistics are also included for reference. |
