中文摘要 | 機器的加工精度,對一臺高精度的PCB成型機而言雖然是相當重要,但是這類機型在結構行為上的研究仍是相當欠缺。為了改善機器剛性和降低加工誤差,本研究對PCB成型機的結構做一完整探討。根據機台的形狀,建立一個有限元素分析的模型,而模型的正確與否,則需藉由實驗來驗証。首先做重量比較,其次是模態測試,比較其共振頻率及振型。兩者均和有限元素分析的結果吻合,所以此有限元素分析的模型便可用來做為結構改善及新機型設計的工具。這篇文章並以機臺肋厚大小為參數,探討其對整機結構剛性的影響為例,來闡述結構分析的重要性。 |
英文摘要 | The machining accuracy plays an important role in producing a highly precise PCB router machine. However, there is little effort to study its structural behavior. To improve the machine stiffness and reduce the machining errors, a complete study of the structural analysis has been investigated. A finite element model has been generated based on the machine geometry. The FEM model was verified by conducting two experiments. One is to measure the machine mass and to compare with the calculated mass from the FEM modeling. The other is to find the dynamic behavior by conducting the modal testing experiments. In these experiments, the impulse hammer was used to measure the natural frequencies and to obtain the mode shapes. The experimental natural frequencies and mode shapes are compared with the calculated data. The results showed that they agreed with each other well. The verified FEM model was used as a tool for the structural improvement and the new machine design. This paper also illustrates the application of the structural analysis model by discussing the effect of rib thickness on the machine stiffness as an example. |
