中文摘要 | 由於國內電力需求日殷,除擴建電廠為可行之道外,增進現有發電設備 之正常運轉,亦為重要之課題。台電某一電廠之冷凝水泵(CP),在啟動運轉或正 當運轉時,產生過大之振動量,由於振動位移增大,應力亦隨之增加,相對的減 少其使用壽命,加速了可能產生疲勞破壞的情形。因此,本論文針對其振動過大 問題,以模態實驗,測試出泵之振型及頻率,再以有限元素法分析出其振型及頻 率,配合實驗結果驗證分析之可靠性及準確度。考慮現場施工可能之情形,以有 限元素法分析出改善方案及其振型與頻率。經由現場之施工後,以振動量測泵之 自然頻率,驗證有限元素法分析出之振型及頻率準確度非度高,改善效果非常顯 著。 |
英文摘要 | Due to increasing demand of electricity power in presentdays, enlargment of power plant capacities is one way to meetthe requirment. The other way is to keep the current powerplant in normal operation. A condensate pump of power plantof Taiwan Power Company has vibration levels much higherthan its acceptable level in start - up and normal operations.Stress will increase due to growth of vibration displacement. Itis believed that material fatigue will lower the operation life ofthe pump. This paper focuses on over vibration displacement ofthe pump. Experimental modal analysis techniques wereimplemented to obtain mode shapes and resonant frequencies ofthe pump. Finite element was also used to analyze mode shapesand resonant frequencies of the pump. It can be shown that theresults of numerical analysis are very closed to that ofexperimental modal analysis. The numerical model can then beused to predict any modification effects. Considering in-situconstruction condition. An experiment was designed usingfinite element method to increase the resonant frequencies bymeans of structrual modifications. The equivalent structuralmodification was then applied to the actual pump and selectedmeasurements were repeated. The results verified the predictedincrease of the resonant frequencies. The vibration levels werediminished to an accepetable level. |
