| 中文摘要 | 臺電核能發電廠反應器主冷卻水泵經過多年連續運轉後,轉軸發生軸裂 情形。如果軸裂深度趨近臨界值,就會影響反應器運轉的安全性。此外,由於軸 製成長引起振動位移增大,將加快疲勞破壞速率因而降低反應器的使用壽命。本 研究第一階段應用模態實驗技術,求出單級直立式泵簡易模擬系統無軸裂時的轉 軸自然頻率及振型。藉由無翻製時模態測試之分析結果,提供有限元素分析模型 之修正參考,並驗證軸對稱及樑元素有限元素分析之準確度(誤差小於0.5)。其次 再以軸對稱有限元素分析整周軸裂產生時,其位置及深度對自然頻率及振型之影 響;至於單邊軸製之振動特性則採用樑元素有限元素法分析。本研究也以模態實 驗驗證不同的軸裂深度、位置與形狀對系統振動特性的影響情形。至於有限元素 分析與模態實驗之轉軸軸裂振動特性的結果比較,將留待下階段執行。 |
| 英文摘要 | After several years of continuous operation, shaft crackwas found at the RRP (reactor recirculation pump) of Taipowernuclear power plants. As the crack depth increases, the safetyof reactor operation will be endangered. In addition, theincrement of vibration displacement due to the crack growthwill speed up the rate of material fatigue, and reduce theoperation life-span of RRP. In the first phase of this study,experimental modal analysis technique was carried out toobtain mode shapes and natural frequencies of the uncrackedshaft of the single - stage vertical rotor kit of RRP simulationsystem. The experimental results was then used as a referencefor modifying the model for finite element analysis (FEA),especially for axisymmetric elements and beam elements. Thevalidity of FEA model was assured by comparing the FEAresults with the experimental modal analysis data. The error isfound within 0.5. Then, the FEA is used to predict the effectsof the crack characteristics (crack depth, position and shape)on the vibrational behavior of a cracked shaft. Finally, a seriesof experimental investigations of the vibrational characteristicswere performed on the cracked shafts of the simulation system.The comparison of the FEA results with the experimentalresults will be done in the next phase of this study. |
