| 中文摘要 | 本研究以三太廠牌之實體單級直立式泵進行轉軸運轉振動測試,以評估電廠實際 軸裂即時監測應用之可行性。為探討簡易單級直立式泵在不同運轉情況下之轉軸動態行為, 進行下列三種測試:ぇ泵靜止時之轉軸頻率響應,え泵在不同運轉條件下之轉軸功率頻譜, ぉ具整周軸裂之轉軸隨軸裂深度變化,轉軸之自然頻率變化情形。 研究結果顯示,泵在運轉時之轉軸自然頻率會隨著泵運轉情況不同,而有所變化。對本測試 實體泵而言,泵運轉位移訊號之共振頻率隨軸裂深度加深而明顯下降,因此可用於運轉中轉 軸軸裂發生與深度改變之即時監測。 |
| 英文摘要 | This article presents and discusses the experimental results obtained from extensive vibration tests performed on a commercial single-stage vertical pump. The tests are parts of the feasibility study for the future on-line monitoring system for RRP shaft crack detection. The tests include: (a)frequency response of the un-cracked shaft, when pump is at rest, (b)power spectrum of the un-cracked shaft under different opereating conditions and (c)power spectrum of the cracked shaft under different operating conditions and crack depths. The results showed that the shaft natural frequency varied as the operating conditions changed. For the test pump, the results also showed that the nutural frequency obtained from the displacement power spectrum can be used for on-line monitoring to detect shaft crack. |
