中文摘要 | 引起軋延機(Rolling mill)發生嚴重振動(Vibration)的原因有二。第一個,是來自於研磨不良的輥子屬於外激式(Externally excited)的振動源。第二個,為軋延條件控制不當所造成,屬於自激式(Self-excited)的振動源。當這些振動源之振動頻率與軋延機的自然頻率(Natural frequency)接近時,會引起共振(Resonance)現象而造成鋼帶表面品質不良或厚度變異過大,軋延機常見的共振頻率有屬第三音頻(3 octave, 128-256Hz)及第五音頻(5 octave, 512-1024 Hz)範圍二種,避免發生第三或第五音頻共振現象的方法,首重輥子研磨加工之品質,其次則為軋延條件之適切配合及控制。 |
英文摘要 | There are two sources to cause severe vibration in rolling mills. The first will be the externally excited one due to the imperfect grinding of rolls. The second belongs to the self-excited one due to incorrect setups of rolling. When vibration frequencies of these two sources are very close to natural frequencies of rolling mills, the resonance happens and causes imperfect strip surface quality or too big strip thickness variations. Common resonance frequencies in riling mills are the 3rd octave (128-256Hz) and the 5th octave (512-1024Hz). The ways to avoid resonance mentioned above will be the perfect grinding of rolls primarily and correct setups of rolling. |
