中文摘要 | 立式泵浦因為有轉小的空間需求,包括冷卻水塔水池、泵浦進出口管線及較小的淨正吸入水頭需求等明顯的優點,故被廣泛地使用在工業界之各行各業。雖然如此,立式泵浦因結呈瘦長型,水下泵浦軸相當細長,再加上高聳的馬達直接裝在泵浦座上,因此,特別容易發生共振問題。在中央水場裏有很多立式泵浦,近衣曾於部分設備更新或增設時遭遇共振的困擾,透過振動量測、數值分析、設備改造等努力,共振問題多已獲得明顯的改善。本文旨在介紹立式泵浦的共振特性,並依據診斷與改善的實經驗與成功案例,提出具體的報告。 |
英文摘要 | Vertical pumps are widely used in various industrial applications because of several remarkable advantages such as the smaller space requirement, not only in the pump but also in the cooling tower basin or water reservoir as well as pump inlet, outlet piping arrangement, and less NPSH required etc. however, line-shaft type single-stage vertical pumps are likely to be encountered with a resonance vibration problem inherently due to their characteristics of slender structure design, especially when a tall motor mounts on the pump with a long underwater shaft. There are many vertical pumps in the CSC’s central water treatment plant. Some of them have suffered from high resonance vibration recently during equipment revamping and new installation. Through combined efforts of vibration diagnosis, equipment restructuring and so on, the resonance vibration problem has been significantly improved. This paper is to introduce the basic concept of resonance vibration phenomenon occurred in vertical pumps and present a case study of the improvement based on empirical experience of diagnosis and treatment. |
