中文摘要 | 本研究透過教育部八十五年度提昇國民體能專案指導班實施要點辦理中臺醫護技術學院教職員健康體能指導班,進行全校教職員健康體適能測量,篩選健康體適能不良者,開設體能指導班進行運動訓練。 本次研究目的在於探討每週三次、每次一小時,維持十二週之中程度有氧運動訓練對受試者健康體適能和血液生化值的影響。我們以中臺醫護技術學院教職員經健康體適能測量後,健康體適能不良者為實驗對象,受試者平均年齡37.60 ± 6.07歲,年齡層分布自30至50歲,全部皆為女性受試者。 研究結果顯示20名受試者在運動訓練前身體質量指數(BMI)平均為22.20 ± 2.44,皮脂厚平均為25.65 ± 4.94mm,60秒腹肌耐力平均為20.50 ± 8.29次,優勢手握力平均為29.55 ± 4.11公斤,柔軟度平均為7.75 ± 5.23公分,體力指數平均為50.25 ±4.45。經電腦輔助「健康體適能測量」評估系統評量知道運動訓練前20名受試者健康體適能評估等級屬於「劣」者有2名;屬於「差」者有8名;屬於「可」者有8名;屬於「良」者有2名。運動訓練後20名受試者健康體適能評估等級變為有1名屬於「差」的;有7名屬於「可」的;有12名屬於「良」的。 本研究探討運動訓練對健康體適能和血液生化值影響。顯示肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度和心肺適能皆有明顯進步(P<0.05),至於血液生化值在本研究是針對尿酸、總膽固醇和三酸甘油脂而言,結果顯示運動訓練前後尿酸值有顯著性差異性(P<0.05),總膽醇和三酸甘油脂則無顯著性差異。研究顯示本次健康體能指導班維持十二週、每週三次、每次60鐘,70%最大心跳率有氧運動訓練的確能有效提升健康體適能程度;充分的緩和整理運動有利於尿酸的改善;有關總膽固醇、三酸甘油脂的改善,除了運動訓練,還必須加上飲食控制,才能事半功倍。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the "1996 National Fitness Promotion Instruction Course Execution Project" of the Ministry of Education the "Health-Related Physical Fitness Instruction Course" is held for the staff of Chung Tai Institute of Health Sciences and Technology in this study. An overall physical fitness test on the staff were executed and the poor performers were filtered out as the subjects of the above mentioned instruction course. The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of a 12 weeks moderate aerobic training program, three one-hour trainings per week, on the health-related physical fitness test were the subjects of this study, and 20 female, ranging from 30 to 50 years old with an average age of 37.60 ± 6.07 years were selected. According to the test, the average physical conditions of the twenty subjects prior to the exercise training were as follows: Body Mass Index (BMI)(22.20 ± 2.44), subdermal fat thickness (25.65 ± 4.94)mm, 60-second sit-up test (20.50 ± 8.29) reps, grip force (29.55 ± 4.11)kgs, flexibility (7.75 ± 5.23)cm, physical index (50.25 ± 4.45). Evaluation performed by the computer aided "health-Related Physical Fitness test" system showed the classification of the twenty subjects prior to the exercise training as follows: two of them were classified as "poor"; eight were "fair"; eight were "acceptable"; two were "good". After the exercise training the results of the evaluation showed: one was classified as "fair"; seven were "acceptable"; and twelve were "good". According the the results of the study on the influence of exercise training on the health-related physical fitness and blood biochemical values, it was found that muscle strenght, endurance, flexibility and cardiopulmonary function were all significantly improved (P<0.05); Significant differences before and after the training were also found among the blood uric acid values (P<0.05); however, there were no significant differences among total cholesterol values and triglyceride values. This study concluded that the 12 weeks moderate aerobic training program, three one-hour trainings per week, can effectively improve the health-related physcial fitness; the 30% VO2max mild exercise (dynamic rest) in the exercise training helps to improve uric acid values; as far as the total cholesterol values and the triglyceride values, diet program must be carried out in conjunction with exercise training to achieve positive results on those values. |
