中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,在探討添加菸鹼酸鉻對8-16週齡雌火雞生產性能、屠體性狀及血液生化值之影響。 以8週齡商用雌火雞(Hybrid)(2.8 ± 0.3kg)54隻為試驗動物,逢機分置於含鉻0、1、3(mg/kg) 處理組中,每處理組三重覆,試驗期間8週。結果顯示:添加鉻1mg/kg 組其增重及飼料效率表現最佳(P<0.05),添加3mg/kg 組並未有較佳表現(P>0.05)。屠體性狀方面,添加鉻 1mg/kg 組其體重、胸肉、腿肉及腹脂重,顯著較其他組為重(P<0.05)。 血液性狀方面,添加鉻3mg/kg才有顯著升高胰島素及降低血醣之含量(P<0.05),但在三酸甘油酯、總膽固醇、各種脂蛋白中之膽固醇、甘油、尿酸、肌酸酐、白蛋白及γ-球蛋白,各組間並無顯著差異(P>0.05)。在脂蛋白方面,添加鉻組顯著升高HDL之比例(P<0.05)。在本試驗中,添加鉻1mg/kg對8-16週齡雌火雞生產性能、肌肉產量及其HDL有正面之效果。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the performance, Carcass characteristics and serumchemistry of 8-16 weeks old female turkeys with supplemental chromium nicotinate. Fifty four 8-week-old (2.8 ± 0.3Kg) female turkeys (Hhybrid) were randomly assigned to treatments with 0,1 and 3 mg/kg dietary chromiun supplements. Each treatment had three replicates which was lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed a significant improved weight gain and feed efficience for turkeys fed 1mg/kg chromium (P<0.05). The group added 3mg/kg of chromium showed no improvement in performance (P>0.05). Supplement with chromium 1mg/kg significantly increased body weight, chest muscle, thigh muscle and abdominal fat (P<0.05) than other treaments. Supplement with chormium 3mg/kg significantly reduced blood glucose and increased insulin, HDL contents (P<0.05), but the contents of triacylglycerol, cholesterol, glycerol, creatinine, uric acid, albumin, γ-globumin and lipoproteins-cholesterol showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Based on the result of present study, we conclude that supplement with 1mg/kg chromium has positive effect on the performance, muscle production and HDL concentration of 8-16-week-old female turkeys. |
