中文摘要 | 本文主要係研究鐵鋁錳合金鋼棒之成份性質、熱鍛、熱處理及模鍛之條件,建立 以鍛造方式製造鐵鋁錳合金高爾夫球頭打擊面之較佳製程。並且提供屏東縣內埔工業區大田精 密鑄造股份有限公司φ18 mm,硬度為HRc=30±2之鐵鋁錳合金鋼棒,以應用於高爾夫球頭打 擊面。目前研究的製程結果如下所示: 1.成份Fe.8.5A1-30Mn.1.0C.0.5Nb-1.OSi-0.3V,其硬度均可符合預期目標HRc=30±2。 2.鑄件冶煉澆鑄溫度以1520℃至1550℃為佳,且模具預熱至300~500℃並採用二次頂澆,可 以得到較佳鑄錠品質。 3.鑄錠較佳之熱塑性加工條件為1050℃時持溫15~20分鐘後加工變形,鑄件經熱鍛為棒材 後,可僅存在氧化層,而無任何裂縫存在。 4.較佳之粗車削條件為:轉速550~700rpm,切削深度為3mm以內:精車削條件為:轉速 1200~1800rpm,切削深度在0.5mm以內。 5.較佳之高爾夫球頭打擊面模鍛條件為950℃加熱35~40分鐘。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of the present studies are to develop of Fe-Al-Me alloys rod with the hardness, HRc 30±2. In addition, the manufacturing processes will also be established, including chemical composition, casting condition hot-forged condition,….etc. Based on the present work, some resultes are described as following. 1 .The optimal composition is Fe-8.5A1-30Mn-1.0C-0.5Nb-1.0Si-0.3V. 2.The optimal pouring temperature should be in the range of 1520 to 1550℃. The mold should be pre-heat in the temperature ranging from 300 to 500℃. 3.The optimal hot forging temperature of the casting should be in the 1050℃, and time range of 15 to 20 minutes. 4.When the depth of cutting being below 3 mm, the optimal mechanical speed would be in the range of 550 to 750 rpm. In addition, the optimal final work should he in the range of 1200 to 1800rpm, which the depth of cutting being below 0.5 mm. 5.The optimal mold forging temperature of the casting should be in the 950℃, and time range of 35 to 40 minutes. |
