中文摘要 | 節理面之尺寸與粗糙度誠為影響岩石剪力強度規模效應的主要因素,但因自然岩石節理面上各處粗糙程度差異性可能極大,因此不易取得大小不等且幾何形狀一致之試體,因此尺寸與粗糙度對強度之影響仍常混雜在一起。本文依據碎形理論中規範碎形曲線之自我相仿轉換原則,可縮小或放大一原始剖面,使變成任一尺寸之試體卻均具有相似的粗糙程度,以利探討規模效應問題。文中亦建議一種線切割加工方式,可利用其人工智慧電腦自動控制能力切割任一滿足自我相仿性的二維節理模具,供灌鑄人工模擬試體。最後,並透過對大小相似剖面的碎形維度D與JRC值、及直接剪力試驗結果檢驗其適用性。 |
英文摘要 | The joint roughness and sample size have been recognized as two main sources of scale effect on the shear strength of rocks. A small-size joint specimen drawn from a large sample will not always retain the same roughness as that of the full-size specimen, because the roughness varies from site to site on the whole surface. According to the self-affine properties of the fractal theory, the paper presents a method for generating joint specimens with similar profile and roughness, but in different scales. In addition, a wire-cut machine equipped with the capacity of artificial intelligence system is proposed to serve this function. The proposed method is then evaluated through testing of the self-affine joint samples using parameters such as the fractal dimension D, JRC of the joint profiles, and the dilation angle. |
