中文摘要 | 交換機緊急障礙自動叫人子系統(ACOS)是統一型集中維運系統(USOSS)之一子系 統。當USOSS之告警監視子系統(SAMP)偵測到交換機發生緊急障礙時,ACOS會依設定,以自 動或半自動方式呼叫相關人員前往機房處理。如此不但可減輕監控人員工作負荷,減少叫人 時間,並可配合未來交換機房無人輪值之維運型態運用。 ACOS係依主從式架構設計,伺服器端由信息界面及呼叫控制、呼叫處理及語音處理等三 個模組組成;客戶端則由資料庫處理、聯絡人顯示、呼叫管理及自動叫人驅動等四個模組組 成。其系統操作主要分為資料庫處理操作、語音庫建立操作及自動呼叫處理等流程。 ACOS將隨USOSS之推廣,裝設運用於本公司各營運處之交換機維運中心,而發揮其功能 及效益。 |
英文摘要 | The "Automatic Call Out System" is a subsystem of USOSS (Unified Switching Operations and Support System). Its main function is to make calls automatically to notify maintenance staffs as critical faults of switching systems happen in an off-work hour. It not only can save the time for the staff on duty to call for help, but also makes things like "maintenance without people on duty" possible in the future. ACOS is designed with a client/server structure. The server is composed of 3 modules as Message Handling & Calling Control, Calling Process, and Voice Process module. The client is composed of 4 modules as Database Management, Correspondence Table Display, Calling Management and Calling Request module. With the widely installation of USOSS in the Switching Operation & Maintenance Centers (OMC) of Chunghwa Telecom, ACOS will serve as a Convenient tools for switching systems maintenance and undoubtedly will make its contribution greatly. |
